- Marketplace Rules: All licensing transactions, receipts, whitelisting handles, and download files are governed directly by ElevenLabs terms of purchase.
- Prohibited Exploitation: You may not sell standalone MP3/WAV files, redistribute sound stems as stock audio, or upload licensed tracks to music streaming platforms (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music).
3.Intellectual Property & Ownership
All original musical compositions, cover artwork, audio recordings, brand assets, logos, and site content are the exclusive intellectual property of Tarun Music. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or standalone redistribution of Website assets is strictly prohibited.
